    • We have been using IAPTus now for almost two years. During that time we have had lots of interaction with Mayden. We have worked together to help develop the application for group working which is a large part of the work we do. The staff are always enthusiastic and helpful and happy to come and see us to discuss any new areas we are undertaking such as AQP. We feel they have a good understanding of the way we work as an opt in service and work with us to improve our data collection and accuracy for KPI submissions. The practitioners find the system easy to use and it is helpful that we can record all patient contacts quickly, regardless of the practitioner involved.

    • About CRiSCRoS:

"The CRiSCRoS system is a comprehensive system that enables the imputer to view and update data
relevant to the organisation. The spreadsheet that can be printed is very useful. However although
the system has improved in user-friendly sense it still requires personal assistance for some extra
guidance to be able to input the data but I have found this to be short-lived as once you have used it
once you can the system easily."

    • CQuINS was first commissioned by the National Peer Review Programme, an NHS quality assurance programme in 2003.

Based on our Assure platform, CQuINS is an on-line tool supporting the quality improvement of cancer care through self-assessment and peer review. Every cancer service in the country uses CQuINS to assess the quality of the service they offer against the national manual of cancer services on a rolling annual programme.

CQuINS now provides end-to-end cover for the whole peer review process; it contains the source material for the manual, holds all the internal and external metrics, houses a library containing thousands of documents, and produces final reports for each cancer area team in high quality PDF format.

After the success of this programme, Assure has now been commissioned through the National Peer Review Programme for additional projects including paediatric diabetes and major trauma centres. There is also a European project underway called SWEET which supports the paediatric diabetes programme.

    • About IAPTus:

We have a very good relationship with Mayden, more like a partner than simply a supplier. All their staff I have dealt with have always been friendly and very helpful and are a real asset to the company. We have enjoyed a fast response to requests including in the face of challenging timescales, and both the support and management teams have proved to be flexible and accommodating in helping us meet the demands of changing service delivery.

In my experience of IT business systems, I would rate IAPTus among the very best. Useabilty is excellent, the system hangs together logically, and there is an overall impression that the design has been well thought through and the system tested thoroughly. Mayden keep constantly moving forward with additions that are genuinely useful and innovative which further helps us to continue running our service in the most efficient way.

    • About ELCQuA: I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate the team at Mayden for the web-based End of Life Care Quality Assessment Tool. It is a pleasure to use a clean, intuitive, fast, responsive and helpful tool like this. More importantly is the feeling of value given when providing feedback to Mayden about some features that may benefit from a minor modification from the users perspective. The support from the team is always helpful, thoughtful, considered and above all friendly - from the 1st person to answer the phone to the last. 10/10 for the tool and 10/10 for customer service. Much appreciated - thank you very much.
