Mayden Consulting provides a range of management consultancy and analytical services to the NHS, including strategic service and clinical reviews, business cases, option appraisals, data analysis and planning tools. The consultancy work is led by Chris May with occasional support from a select number of associates and NHS clinicians. Originally from a manufacturing and engineering background, Chris held a senior fellowship at Cambridge University where he specialised in project and information management. Chris has concentrated on the health service for the past sixteen years.
